If you prefer to eat salad for lunch and like avocado, just try it! Avocado, reduce dietary intake of calories, fat, saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol. Also may help eye health as we get older.
dressing
1 avocado(mashed)
fresh lemon and
lemon zest,cider vinegar
red crushed peper
(or chili pepper)
salt, olive oil
--------------
lettuce and spinach leaves
carrot(cut in round)
fresh brocolli
Also you can add
tomato slices or baby tomato!
