A Special Dish For A Special Day!


I am making MANTI for dinner today! Hubby loves it!
One of the most difficult dishes of Turkish Cuisine but it's worth it. So delicious!!!

  16. Thanks ladies!We enjoyed a delicious dinner. Manti, hand-formed little dumpligs. These little dumplings are made of seasoned ground beef or ground lamb wrapped in a homemade egg pasta. They're topped with a garlic-yogurt sauce and browned butter seasoned with red pepper.Ground sumac and/or dried mint can be added to taste. Hmmmmm, yummy!
