Grilled Tilapia and Turkish Raki!!!

Grilled tilapia and salad! Here is one of our favorite dinners!

6 tilapia fillets
1 gloves minced garlic
1 handful of parsley -finely chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper, sea salt
juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 cup olive oil

Combine all the ingredients for marinade. Pour over the fillets. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove fillets from marinade, grill/or broil them.

Mix together arugula, lettuce, red onion, baby tomatoes in a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil and fresh lemon juice over it. Mmmm yum!
Drink??? I had a glass of wine. My hubby prefered turkish anised based traditional drink, RAKI.

It is a strong drink(very strong!) I sometimes join him. Oh, don't try to wake me up next morning :)

tilapia'nin Turkcesini biliyormusun veya hangi baliga tekabul ediyor?

  4. That Tilapia looks delicious. It's been a long time since I made any kind of fish. Time to go shopping....

  5. I so wish I could be as talented in the kitchen as you!!!

  6. We just had tilapia tonight for dinner! But mine didn't look nearly as appetizing as yours! I need to get more creative in the kitchen...I pretty much just through mine in a pan and seasoned it lightly and then served it. I was the only one who ate it, which pretty much tells you how yucky it was!!

  7. Oh that looks good. I like tilapia. I will have to try this.

  8. I will take this weekend to try this. Thank you!

  9. We have tilapia once a week around here. I'm always looking for something new to do with it. (Our usual side dish is couscous and a boring salad.)

  10. We are on a total health kick, so I will have to try this one for sure! Sounds delish!

  11. Wow you have tilapia too, and I thought it's a native fish here in the Philippines lol, silly me ^_^.

I tagged you girl, I hope you'll do it. I'm pretty sure you have your new batch of pictures :)

  12. Yum! Thanks for the comment. You should post it too.

  13. I will definitely be making this one lady! I love Talapia. It is one of the only fish I will eat. Thanks for another great one. I made your mushroom soup the other day and it was the best I have ever had. I trust anything you post!! Did you see I am a new facebook fan too:)

  14. I had to laugh when I saw this recipe. My daughter is having to raise tilipia as one of her school projects and she is upset. Maybe she will enjoy them if I show her this recipe.

  15. I LOVE seafood, and I LOVE your recipes, so this one is perfect for me!

I' m loving to read your comments:)
