Lucky me!!! He likes the recipe. We all like chicken. Great! Then, let's do it every week ; )
1 whole chicken
1 tall can beer
olive oil or vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, basil
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
I was talking to my friend Eileen yesterday. This recipe idea came from her.
Thanks Eileen!!!Hugs :) I have her cranberry sauce recipe which I would love to share with you guys! It's on my list. Waiting for thanksgiving ;)
Get the chicken ready for cooking (or let your husband do it ;D)
It will be fun.
Use your favorite rub or here is my favorite meat rub;
Olive oil, basil, garlic,salt and a pinch of cayenne.
Get a can openner. Open up the top of the can and drop in the crushed garlic.
Oil up the can. The beer can goes into the chicken's body cavity. Cover your grill and cook the chicken. Great with garlic and potatoes!!!
If you drink beer, use your favorite for better taste!!! hehe :)
By the way you see twitter follow me button on left side. I'm pretty new on twitter. Trying to figure it out ; D
