Thank you so much, Modern Mom! (HUGS)
It's fun!!!
Here are the rules of this one:
1. Collect the book that you have most handy
2. Turn to page 161
3. Find the 5th complete sentence
4. Site the sentence on your blog
5. Pass it on to 5 other bloggers
The book I'm reading right now is called "Send no Flowers." by Sandra Brown. Page 161, 5th sentence - 'They straddled a padded seat'
I'm passing this award on to you! All of you!!! Please, please grab it and pass on to people you wanted to share with..
I am looking forward to see your comments.. What are you reading right now? Turn the page 161, find the 5th sentence!!!
He he..Oh come on, it's Sunday!
Enjoy reading!!!
What a fun meme Yonca and Modern Mom is the best (so are you)!!! I used to be an avid reader, but then then the kids came along...and now it's either blogging or reading a book. I think you know what I'm doing. ;)
ReplyDeleteHave fun! Looking forward to reading what others post!
I'm putting it on my blog as well, but I will have to get the book back from my son who is having fun pretending to read it! I am reading Marley & Me, Page 161 only had three sentences, so the last sentence is "But then there it was, listed in big letters across the screen for all to see: "Marley the Dog...As Himself."
ReplyDeleteI'm reading way too much chick lit lately.....here is the sentence from "Momzillas" by Jill Kargman..."Exhausted, demoralized and convinced my daughter would be mauled in daycare, I took Violet out for some air."
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of the day is when I'm in bed for some reading time. I like to spend at least an hour every night but sometimes I fall asleep in 15 minutes. I miss the 3 hours a night of reading I did earlier this summer!
ReplyDeleteYou've been tagged!

I haven't read a book from cover to cover ever since the boys were born!!
ReplyDeleteNowadays, I read only magazines and blogs.
I am reading "The Time Traveler's Wife" and page 161 reads:
ReplyDelete"Clare, very few people meet their soulmates at age six.
Hmmm...now I am curious to what they were doing!
ReplyDeleteI am reading a math book :-( I don't think you want to know what is there.
ReplyDeleteI've been reading the same book for months now and I'm not even near page 161. My kids keep interrupting me and then at night I'm too tired to read it. I think I get through maybe 2-3 sentences before I have to put it down so I end up just giving up!!!
ReplyDeleteCheck my blog in about an hour. I'm giving you an award!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so much fun. Normally I have the book I am reading with me at work, but left it home today or else I would play!
ReplyDeleteI am trying to read Accidentally On Purpose. Page 161 sentence 5 reads
ReplyDeleteAt first I had been dubious.
