Zucchini Sticks
Zucchini Sticks are very easy to make and DELICIOUS! A great appetizer recipe for your holiday table. I just made this recipe and tasted them! YUMMY!
1 egg(beaten)
1 cup bread crumbs(dry)
1/2 cup parmesan(grated)
1/4 spoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano, salt and pepper
1 teaspoon oregano, salt and pepper
Dip zucchini sticks in beaten egg. Combine rest of the ingredients in a bowl and dredge in the bread crumb mixture. Place the zucchini sticks on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce/ ranch or blue cheese dressing.
These look sooooooo good.
