Between Christmas and Valentine's Day

 photo 91ff6822-320f-4bd2-b796-4833316da1f8_zpsccb3a379.jpg

I like the Christmas tree to still be there in the livingroom, to see the lights while sitting and watching tv until Fabruary. I planned taking down it last Sunday, since no work and February was at the corner.
I use shoe boxes to put all remaining holiday decor, wreaths, table decorations etc. Walked into my storage room and grabbed the basket which blocked me to reach the boxes.. and another decoration idea hit me. Hmmmm..nice basket!!! :D

After I placed some tree branches in the basket, spread the ornaments all over the braches, added some butterfly figures and also heart figures since Valentine's Day is coming..
The lights give the tree a soft, red glow. Perfect!

Taking down the decorations is never as much fun as putting it up! Isn't it???
Something is missing! Hmmmm..Sweet Teddy Bears with Valentines around the basket!
Hopely tonight...when I get back to home :)

Have a lovely February to all!

Everybody loves CHOCOLATE!!!

Mmmmm chocolate!

Why do we all love chocolate? Is this the reason, chocolate is making us satisfied and overly happy every time we consume it? Is there a specific addictive chemical in it? Is it possibly that socially- because everybody is supposed to go nuts for chocolate?? Haha..
I was just curious and searched why do we all end up liking it. Whatever the reason is, chocolate has so many benefits and nobody said chocolate was bad for us:)

If you like dark chocolate which I love it more, always read and heard that it is good for cardiovascular function, and it can also lower cholesterol and reduce blood pressure.
Chocolate contains serotonin which can aid depression, and it releases endorphins giving us a feeling of pleasure. Those are amazing benefits if we need an excuse to eat it:)

Also people find it addictive because of the caffeine which is a natural stimulant.
Another little thing about chocolate is melting temperature releases serotonin, and makes you feel much better.

I can't imagine any better gift more than a box of chocolate to your loved ones. A box of chocolate gift makes your visit more enjoyable.

Since the sweetest day of the year is just around the corner, everywhere you turn it's pink and red which I 'm loving it:)

Choosing from a large assortment of chocolates and chocolate gifts also makes shopping more enjoyable!

Happy February 14th everyone :)

What are you thankful for?

'Thankful Thoughts for the Holidays' is created by my dear friend Clueless_ Mama at Guessing All the Way. I love to join awesome giveaways on her site. Of course not only the giveaways, I love her sooo much! If you would like to share your thoughts click her new button and link up with your post. What a wonderful idea it is. Thanks Laurie! I can't even wait to read your thankful thoughts for the holiday season.

This picture was taken 3 years ago on Valentine's Day. My hubby walked in with a Happy Valentine's Day Balloon, a hearth shaped chocolate and a bottle of champagne. He really surprised me! It was an unforgetable moment for me. But it is not the only of course!
I'm thankful for good time we spent together. Hopefully we'll get to spend more time together in the future.

Have a great Sunday everyone!
