A daily meditation and yoga practice is a life changer. I joined Yoga Vidya Turkey Teacher Training Program in Dec, 2018 and welcomed 2019 with something new in my life. A new year, a fresh start! The picture was taken on certification day. Yoga has always been a part of my life since 2007. This year yoga is a life style for me. I’m so happy that I decided and completed it. Grateful to Yoga Vidya Turkiye, our teachers Hakan Kireckaya and Semra Binici for this education, providing positive energy, being patient and helpful π

DeleteYoga has also transformed my life, I started yoga almost 10 years ago. I remembered we will practice yoga from an Indian instructor during our lunch hour in the office. The lessons are quite affordable and since then I have fallen in love with Yoga and been practising almost everyday to get the flexibility. However, I am still struggling with mediation.

DeleteI would love to add Yoga to my workout routine. I am fairly certain it is the key to youth and long life! On mornings that I get up early and do yoga, I never feel the 2pm slump and I have energy all day.

DeleteI know that I know that I know that Yoga is good for me and I do it for a few minutes and then am mentally tricked into thinking I need something harder, quicker and heavier. It's probably more damaging to my body and yoga would be much safer.

ReplyDeleteThat’s true! Slowing down is the precursor to yoga practice. It allows us to consider our feelings, thoughts and movements more carefully.

DeleteWhen i start learning basic yoga my body becomes more stronger relax. And meditation makes me feel calm. I highly recommned it to everyone that feels so much stress on their daily lives.

Back 12 years ago I was introduced to Yoga and I swore I was transformed. I started yoga 3 a days am midday and late nights I was in the best shape of my life. Until one day I fractured my thumb I am slowly trying to get back to where I was so darn fit, flexible and I felt on top of the world. One day at a time. Great post.
