3 apples (4133)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup crushed pecan
powdered sugar or splenda
I don't know whose bright idea it was to have the numbers on fruit but it is pretty handy.
Especially if I asked my hubby to buy them :)
Peel, quarter and core the apples. Place in a pan. Combine water, cinnamon and orange juice. Pour the mixture over the apples. Cover with a aluminum foil. Bake them at 350 degrees about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven.

BTW, I burned my finger on the baking pan ...OWWW!
But its worth it!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or splenda.
Serve with lite whip cream and crushed pecan when cool.
Easy and yummy ;)

This sounds like such a great snack to bring to a playgroup! Is the number on the apples the type of apple that we should buy to make this or can we use any type of apple?
