Making Pinapple Jam Sunday :)

PINAPPLE Jam.

My brain keeps thinking and thinking... I felt tired of those thoughts yesterday and I knew being in kitchen would help keep to go away... Does this happen to you too, sometimes?
I told myself: Get up! Get in the kitchen and cook something :)

pinapple2-1

Blackberry, strawberry and pinapple jam!!! Those are my favorites!.. and I chose pinapple to play with, yesterday.

Ingredients,
1 small pinapple (finely chopped)
1 cup water
Lemon zest of half lemon, also a few slices of lemon.
2 cups sugar

Put the finely chopped pinapple and 1 cup of water in a pot and boil for  20-25 '

pinapple
Add sugar, the lemon zest and cook until thickened over low to medium heat, about 45'.
Stir occasionally..Keep an eye on it and be sure that the pineapple jam don't burn.
Talking from experience :)
Hmm..the color of your jam is still yellow? Great! You did it!

İsn't it a great way to add a tropical taste to your breakfast this weekend ?
