Coffee Anyone ???

I heard my dad's voice yesterday saying 'Yonca, yap bi kahve de içelim senin elinden'...
It means 'I want to have a cup of coffee you would make'.

He passed away 11 years ago..Turkish coffee was one of his favorite drinks.
It's very strong coffee and we serve it with a glass of water. If any of you tasted it, you would know why we need water after we have it:)
It brings a conversation, friendship, sharing, connection..So it means to us more than having a cup of coffee.. Whenever he said this to me, I knew a sweet talk is coming..Rest in peace dad!

Winter break, me, darker hair and upcoming CSN Stores Review:)

Since winter break started we took a break of the morning rush! I wasn't alone on my morning walk;)

Yesterday I received an email from lovely Jocelyn and another CSN Stores review is on the way!!!

Most of you probably heard of CSN Stores where you can find almost whatever you need whether it be lights, fitness equipment, or even cute cookware!

I wish he comes to the kitchen for help sometimes instead keep telling me "aren't you still ready" when we will go outside...

Or he gotta wait until I clean the kitchen, pick up stuff and get ready! Lol!

I chose a darker tone and dyed my hair. Do you think a darker tone looks better on me? I'm not sure..

Everybody loves CHOCOLATE!!!

Mmmmm chocolate!

Why do we all love chocolate? Is this the reason, chocolate is making us satisfied and overly happy every time we consume it? Is there a specific addictive chemical in it? Is it possibly that socially- because everybody is supposed to go nuts for chocolate?? Haha..
I was just curious and searched why do we all end up liking it. Whatever the reason is, chocolate has so many benefits and nobody said chocolate was bad for us:)

If you like dark chocolate which I love it more, always read and heard that it is good for cardiovascular function, and it can also lower cholesterol and reduce blood pressure.
Chocolate contains serotonin which can aid depression, and it releases endorphins giving us a feeling of pleasure. Those are amazing benefits if we need an excuse to eat it:)

Also people find it addictive because of the caffeine which is a natural stimulant.
Another little thing about chocolate is melting temperature releases serotonin, and makes you feel much better.

I can't imagine any better gift more than a box of chocolate to your loved ones. A box of chocolate gift makes your visit more enjoyable.

Since the sweetest day of the year is just around the corner, everywhere you turn it's pink and red which I 'm loving it:)

Choosing from a large assortment of chocolates and chocolate gifts also makes shopping more enjoyable!

Yesterday was 40 degrees, today is 30-35, but very windy right now..It seems it's gonna be under 30 degrees again over the next couple of days..
