Life, As We Live It

“We live our lives inside a sphere, suspended in the void.
Nothing is ever still — everything is endlessly changing.”
— From the translation of 13. Kat
🌸🌸
I’m currently writing my second book. Life continues to surprise us in ways we never expect, and sometimes it feels like the world itself is shifting faster than we can catch up. No day feels empty anymore; the world’s events and uncertainties are always with us, reminding me why stories and life’s moments matter.
Life is full of surprises, some good, some challenging. All we can do is embrace the unexpected and keep going.

It’s not always easy to stay positive or find joy in every moment.
But in the end, we’re here to learn.

The experiences we gather along the way become our life story.
We keep going, and each time, we try to do a little better.
Believe me, I’m not just saying this — I’m living it.
Moving through both the light and the heavy moments of life, We're getting older…
and I’ve come to see that even the ability to age is a gift.

We try to eat healthy, but everything has changed.
The weather has changed, the water has changed,
the food we used to eat has changed — even the seeds have changed over time.

My blog’s slogan is “Stay Healthy”
but it’s not as simple as it used to be.

Here, I’d like to share the moments where we’ve stopped time with the magic of the camera—along with my thoughts and feelings.
Sometimes, they pass so quickly that I can hardly keep up.

Sometimes I drop a little note for each day on Instagram —
a short voice message or a small moment from the day.
Feel free to join. 🌿

Yol boyunca edindiğimiz deneyimler hayat hikayemiz oluyor.

  2. I like the way you are journaling your thoughts regularly. This is indeed a good habit that I intend to inculcate in my 8 month old daughter so she can reflect and improve every day.

    1. Thank you! Starting this habit early can really help your daughter grow in self-awareness and reflection. My own son, even at 24, still journals regularly, so it truly makes a difference.

  3. This was such a beautiful and thoughtful reflection. Life really does move so quickly, and I love how you captured both the light and the heavier moments so honestly. Your words are a great reminder to slow down, embrace the journey, and appreciate even the simple gift of growing older.

  4. This post feels like a quiet conversation with the soul—simple, reflective, and deeply grounded in appreciating the passing moments of life. I love how you weave together personal memories, growth, and the idea of staying active and intentional, especially the reminder to “collect moments, not things,” which captures a timeless philosophy of living fully. It’s a gentle but powerful piece that encourages readers to pause, reflect, and move forward with purpose and gratitude.

  6. I completely agree, it really isn't as easy to stay healthy as it used to be. We are exposed to so much these days, making it almost impossible to eat healthily.

  11. We are getting older and life's treasures are no longer the toys of our youth but the moments in the present. We are fortunate to live in parts of the world where basics are available. It is still changing and getting harder.
