Sweet Ghost Brownie Bites

An easy and fun Halloween treat! Brownie bites and marsmallows! They both are Aria's favorite and turned into a yummy and very easy Halloween treat.

1 cup butter(melted)
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cacao
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup flour,

Decoration:
Marshmallows, red colored sugar, dark chocolate

Melt the butter, add the ingredients in order and mix them all. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Place marshmallows on the brownie in last 2 minutes. (One marshmallows for each bite)

(I used 9x13' greased pan)

Marshmallows always make delicious Halloween treats, don't they? Yummy ghosts!
Red colored sugar for lips. What can I say? Our ghosts are smiling, They don't really look spooky, also break off small pieces from the chocolate bar and roll them into little balls for eyes. I put the eye balls, right after I took them out of the oven. Actually, using m&m for the eyes is another idea. Let it cool. After I sliced it, my son used the red colored sugar for making them smiling :)

It has been a while since I spent some time in the kitchen with my son.
He enjoyed eating these brownie bites much more than baking :)
Happy Halloween!
