My son took this picture of me yesterday :)
I know I look tried. But I love mornings...My son wakes up like 7.30am. My hubby goes to work like 5.30 am. I was up earlier than usual this morning.
I used to go gym and used to join Pilates&Yoga classes until this year.
After my hubby left, I changed out my pajamas into work out clothes and I did Pilates! I love how in pilates or yoga you focus on breathing. This is great for abs especially the lower ones. I felt the moves in my abs and felt I got a good workout. I am ready for a new day:)
