17 years old being together and married for 13 years....

Hubby and I have been wearing our wedding rings since the day we got engaged. They are basic, yellow gold, square with a round cut stone and I love my ring.

After I got an email from Bertie, I met Stephen Einhorn's website and got a chance to see their amazing engagement/wedding ring sets. Ladies! I'm taking you shopping with me:))

This city is hot! I'm trying not to tan more lately. As long as the AC is on, I enjoy trying on some new tops and I like seeing if clothes in my closet fit me:)

Pantry Recipe Box

Where do you keep your recipes? I have a drawer which I only put my recipes in. Recently though, I saw a pantry recipe box on the Handpicked Collection Website and I've been thinking about it ever since. It's a good idea, isn't it? It’s also a great idea for a gift for loved ones/friends who love collecting recipes.

The Handpicked Collection's Recipe Box doesn't come with a lock and key but it provides a safe home to keep your recipes together. You'll find lots of unique gift ideas on their site.

With a recipe box, you can put different categories onto tabbed dividers and you can file clipped recipes but it is neater if you write them onto recipe cards. Do you organize them by seasons or holidays? Or do you order them by types of recipes, such as breads, soups and desserts? I collect my recipes by type. One of my friends told me she uses a photo album to put her recipes together. That sounds a good way too.
