Printer ink, online shopping, rainy day ...

My printer ink cartridge getting low on ink again?
I can't believe how soon the printer ran out of i
nk.
Hmmm...it's not hard to find out!
Probably, my son printed Micheal Jackson photos again!!!

I looked for cheap ink online..
Refilling inks can save more money than buying new one:)
Even the best quality ink cartridge refill kit isn't going to help much if you don't know what you are doing when actually refilling ink cartridges. Be sure to refill your cartridges in a clean environment. Most refill kits rely on a needle and syringe to inject new ink into your old ink cartridge. However, some kits are actually external tanks added to the outside of your printer.

If you take care of your printer and ink cartridge, you will likely be able to fill your ink cartridge several times before having to get a new one.

High quality
inkjet cartridges, toner cartridges and ribbons for use in top selling brands such as Dell, Brother, Canon, Neopost, HP, Lexmark, Kodak, Hasler, Samsung, Sharp, IBM, Pitney Bowes, Apollo, Okidata(OKI), Toshiba, Panasonic, Apple, Kyocera-Mita, Konica-Minolta, NCR&Xerox..Purchasing your
printer ink from Inkgrabber now can save you up to 92% off retail prices which is a very good deal.

It's rainy here! On a cold or rainy day like today, many of us dread taking an unnecessary trip outside the house. On just such days, we can easily do our shopping online in seconds..

I was hoping that tomorrow sun will shine again..

Hopely this weekend:))

Cuisinart - WAF-100 - 4-Slice Belgian Waffle Maker/CSN STORES Review

CSN always impresses me by their fastest shipping. I ordered this waffle maker for review on Wednesday and I got my package next day! Unbelievable!!!

My retired waffle maker is round. Cuisinart WAF 100 4 Slice Belgian Waffle Maker is large, square, has 4 deep pockets give you 4 waffles at a time.

I prefer easy recipes in weekdays. But on weekends, I like to surprise my hubby and my son with a little different taste especially for Sunday brunch. I always make waffles with baking powder and even though I love baking and kitchen sometimes I buy frozen waffles..Oh yes, I do.. But today, to celebrate my new waffle maker I prepared real Belgian waffle batter (with yeast instead baking powder) and tested my recipe with the new waffle maker, before Sunday:) Result?

Photobucket

I'm so OK with the result... lighter(because of the yeast),
thicker, bigger- and not dry(because of Cusinart WAF 100 4-Slice Belgian Waffle Maker),
and more crispier(because of the egg whites).

Well, hello weekend!

recipe
For the best result, prepare the batter the night before or at least 3-4 hours before.

W a f f l e d o u g h
(makes 6 waffles)

-ingredients-
3/4 cup milk
3.5 g dry yeast
1/2 tsp sugar

Warm 3/4 cup of milk(lukewarm),
mix in yeast and add 1/2 tsp of sugar and set aside
(don't refrigerate)

2 large egg+ 2 egg whites
3/4 a stick of butter
2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
L e t ' s a d d m o r e f l a v o r :))
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp lemon zest
a pinch of salt
Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix whites with a mixer until fluffy, put aside. Mix dry ingredients(flour, sugar and salt) in a deep bowl. Add yolks, yeast mixture, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest and butter(melted) and mix by hand or using dough hook. Gently add the beaten egg whites into the the dough
No more mixing:))

T h a t 's i t !
Leave the dough to rest in room temperature until it gets double
(at least) or triple!
Simply pour batter onto the deep pockets on a preheated( hot) and greased waffle maker.

Top with syrup, fruit
(I love blackberry and strawberry mix with whipped cream),
butter, or your favorite toppings and,

e n j o y !

Mmmm...heavenly!!!

Crispy exterior with moist interior(just what my son loves)

Bakes four 4 1/2 inch square waffles; Non-stick coating for easy to clean.

Try not to overfill! The lid might get stuck closed.

Sunday..Sunday!!!

A friend of ours stopped over yesterda
y. We had a fun conversation which I really needed lately..After a while he was busy on internet and said 'wish me luck'. He was so quiet. I'm bored, lol. I wondered what was he doing? Do you guys wanna know??? Online Casinos for USA Players!!!

I've never tried any online casinos before. So it was pretty new to me!
I didn't know about him that he is a skilled poker player and knows so many sites USA to hang out in the internet. He said he knows best US poker sites and obviously he was looking like a pro! I was curious and started to watch him:)) After a little while, he broke the quietness;

"If someone's been successful at poker then there's a good chance they could be successful in the business, if you have no interest, that's almost a red flag.." he said. Hmmmm..It started being an interesting Sunday:))

We all know bluffing is a very important part of any poker game. And getting caught is even worse but it is bound to happen. Bluffing works in every game??? Ah..his answer was most remarkable again;

'If the pot is worth bluffing at is a key point. Bluffing your stack away on a small pot is not worth it. If you find yourself risking all your chips for small pots then you need to reevaluate. '

We ended up watching the movie, 'Ice Twisters' which was excited as poker lessons:))
Sundays are short, aren't they?
